What this notice covers
This notice explains how personal information may be collected and used when you visit the Cliding website, contact us, book or participate in a discovery call, or otherwise communicate with us about Cliding.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect information such as:
- your name;
- your work email address;
- your organisation and professional role;
- meeting and scheduling information;
- correspondence you send to us;
- information you choose to share during a discovery conversation; and
- limited technical information associated with operating and securing the website.
Please do not provide sensitive personal information through the website or discovery-call booking process.
How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- respond to enquiries;
- arrange and conduct discovery calls;

- operate and protect the website.
Where applicable, we process personal information on an appropriate legal basis, including our legitimate interests in developing Cliding, conducting relevant business research and communicating with professional contacts.
Discovery calls
We may keep notes or summaries from discovery conversations to help us understand existing workflows and product requirements.
We will not publish your name, organisation, comments or other identifiable information as a testimonial, case study or endorsement without your permission.
Where practical, research findings may be used in an aggregated or non-identifying form.
Booking a call
We use Cal.com to manage discovery-call bookings.
When you book a call, information such as your name, email address, meeting details and information you choose to provide through the booking process may be processed in order to arrange the meeting.
Cal.com operates under its own privacy and data-processing terms.

How long we keep information
Discovery-call records and related research notes may be kept for up to 24 months.
Business enquiries and correspondence may generally be kept for up to 24 months after the most recent meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an ongoing relationship, legal obligation or dispute.
Information that has been anonymised so that it no longer identifies an individual may be retained for longer for research and product-development purposes.
Service providers
We may use service providers where reasonably necessary to operate Cliding and communicate with you. These may include providers for website hosting and security, meeting scheduling and business communications.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where applicable, we take appropriate steps in relation to international processing and data transfers.
We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable data-protection law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including rights to request access, correction or deletion, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
